Designed to emulate and highlight the great boulevards of the world, Boulevard City offers an adventure through 44 hectares of thematic experience.
The entertainment project was opened for the 2021 Riyadh Season, an annual state-funded entertainment and sports festival, as the event’s centerpiece.
Brock Larsen acted as Master Planner and Creative Concept Lead with Tony Christopher for SELA, with Larry Nelson as Consulting Designer.
